Steadman Brown and Steadman Hub
Steadman Brown and Steadman Hub are two market-leading specialist recruitment businesses, focused exclusively on the Salesforce and HubSpot technology markets.
Steadman Brown is the UK's leading Salesforce recruitment agency, while Steadman Hub is the UK's first and only specialist HubSpot recruitment agency. Between the two brands, we work with leading businesses and technology consultancies to help them build specialist teams.
We're now hiring a Content Marketing Manager to join our own internal team, taking ownership of marketing across both brands.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on B2B marketer who loves taking an idea from a blank page through to a polished piece of content and ultimately a successful campaign.
We have no shortage of material to work with – market data, customer success stories, industry relationships, hiring insights and specialist knowledge. Your job will be to turn that into high-quality marketing that strengthens our brands and creates commercial opportunities.
This is not a social-media-focused role.
You'll take ownership of:
- Content & creative writing – blogs, thought leadership, hiring guides and long-form content
- Reports & research – industry surveys, market studies, salary reports and downloadable guides
- Canva & content design – creating professional reports, guides, proposals, presentations and other client-facing documents
- Customer stories – turning successful projects into compelling case studies
- Campaigns – planning and executing campaigns from initial idea through to distribution, lead generation and measuring results
- SEO & websites – creating content that improves our organic visibility and managing content across both websites
- Proposals & presentations – producing high-quality commercial materials that help us win business
- Email marketing – newsletters, targeted campaigns and content-led journeys
- Events – supporting our presence at major industry events and creating campaigns around them
- AI & automation – finding smarter ways to create, repurpose and distribute our content

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We're particularly interested in people who have worked as a standalone marketer, within a small marketing team or in an SME, where you're used to taking ownership and making things happen yourself.
You don't need previous Salesforce, HubSpot or recruitment experience – we'll teach you our markets.
Why Join Us?
You'll take ownership of marketing across two established specialist brands, working directly with the Managing Director and wider leadership team.
You'll have the autonomy to try new ideas, access to a huge amount of market knowledge and customer success to turn into content, and the opportunity to genuinely influence how both businesses go to market.
As the wider group grows, there will also be opportunities to expand your remit across additional businesses, build out the marketing function and ultimately develop a team around you.
