Content Marketing Manager

About the role

AI Infra Summit is the leading full-stack AI infrastructure event, bringing together hyperscalers, silicon vendors, AI labs, data center operators, and enterprise adopters across the entire ecosystem. With our 10th anniversary in 2027, and plans for expanding our audience, we're looking to add a new role to the team, focused on building an embedded content engine that keeps the community engaged all year.

Key responsibilities:

Social media

  • Manage our LinkedIn channel including daily publishing, community engagement, and monitoring
  • Explore opportunities to start new social media channels based on audience interest
  • Work with speakers, partners and attendees to create content that earns attention from a technical audience
  • Actively seek out and build new relationships with partners, influencers and community hubs to drive brand awareness
  • Report on performance and use the results to continuously improve output

Copywriting

  • Write across email and website, confidently matching the tone of voice used in the industry.
  • Keep our tone consistent: concise, peer-to-peer, and free of generic marketing language
  • Work with the rest of the marketing team to build and optimise email content and design
  • Develop our tone of voice to produce copy that breaks the mould of “generic marketing copy”
  • Run trainings with the wider team to ensure consistency in all external communications

365 content plan

  • Build and run a year-round content calendar that embeds us within the industry, rather than just at the event
  • Plan content around key milestones, including building a buzz online when competitor events are running
  • Balance always-on content with campaign peaks, and keep the plan tied to registration, sponsor, and audience goals

Interviews

  • Plan and conduct interviews with speakers, sponsors, and industry leaders, in writing, on call, or in-person
  • Prepare sharp, informed questions and turn the conversations into articles, clips, quotes, and social content
  • Coordinate with speakers, their comms teams, and our video and design partners

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in content marketing, editorial, or social media, ideally in B2B tech, events, or media
  • Excellent writing and editing, with a portfolio that shows range across short-form and long-form
  • Confidence interviewing senior technical and executive people
  • Experience building and managing a content calendar across multiple channels
  • Comfortable working with analytics to judge what's working and the ability to confidently report this upwards

This role is a hybrid role, working 3 days in the London office.
