Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused, and highly creative Content Marketing Manager to build, draft, and scale Wise Platform’s external content engine globally.
Working directly alongside the Product Marketing Lead and Global Head of Marketing, you will act as the primary content engine for Wise Platform. You will turn complex cross-border payment capabilities into high-converting external narratives across whitepapers, case studies, blogs, executive social media, webinars, and hero campaign assets.
Your mission:
- Own end-to-end delivery of flagship campaign assets set by leadership. Draft/edit whitepapers, write landing page copy, configure gating strategy, write channel email comms, and coordinate supporting channels of distribution (e.g. webinars and social).
- Extract maximum content value from our flagship conference series (Wise Connect APAC, EMEA, NAM). Oversee video testimonials, blog recaps, highlight reels, and speaker script reviews.
- Direct the organic and paid social media strategy for the main Wise Platform LinkedIn page and key
- Continuously execute on core content strategies - drafting and distributing whitepapers, eGuides, customer case studies, blogs, email newsletters, webinar scripts, and media partnership collateral mapped directly to each stage of the B2B buyer journey.
- Interview internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Product Managers, Commercial Leaders, and external enterprise clients to create authoritative, educational, and thought leadership-led content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
