About Us:

Psychiatry UK is the UK’s leading provider of digital psychiatry services, working both privately and with the NHS to support children, teenagers, and adults with expert, patient-centred care.

A career with Psychiatry UK allows you to expand your knowledge, enhance your skills, and gain valuable life experience—all while enjoying the flexibility of a remote full-time role. As part of a leading online mental health service, you'll collaborate with innovative, forward-thinking professionals in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team committed to making a real difference.

This is a newly created specialist role, initially offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis, responsible for developing and delivering the content strategy for a new neurodiversity pathway and service for children and young people at Psychiatry UK.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Propositions, you will lead the content journey end-to-end — from strategic planning and content creation through to campaign delivery, launch, and performance evaluation. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across Marketing, Clinical Services, and Business Development to ensure content is clinically accurate, accessible, engaging, empathetic, and aligned with Psychiatry UK’s values and objectives.

You will be a hands-on content creator, developing high-quality, engaging, and accessible content for two key audiences: children and young people, and their parents and carers. Alongside content creation, you will develop and manage a broader content plan that supports patient engagement, education, acquisition, and trust throughout the new pathway.

You will bring experience of developing and delivering integrated content and marketing campaigns, taking ideas from initial concept through to launch and evaluating their impact. You will be confident balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, using insight and performance data to continuously improve content and engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how Psychiatry UK communicates with children, young people, and their families as they access neurodiversity services, helping to create clear, supportive, and engaging experiences throughout their journey with us.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
