We’re hiring a Content Marketing Manager to join our IP Global Marketing team in London, UK.
In this role, you'll create high quality thought leadership and editorial content for intellectual property professionals worldwide. Working with subject matter experts and cross functional teams, you'll develop content that informs audiences, supports business objectives, and strengthens Clarivate's position as a trusted partner within the intellectual property ecosystem.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- At least 5 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, journalism, or a related discipline.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience developing and executing B2B content marketing initiatives.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with experience producing thought leadership, editorial content, reports, blogs, or similar content assets.
- Experience working with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to develop content.
- Experience managing editorial calendars and content production workflows.
- Experience using content performance metrics and audience insights to inform content strategy and optimisation.

It would be great if you also have
- Experience managing multiple content projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience in intellectual property, innovation, technology, legal technology, information services, or related industries.
- Experience developing content aligned to wider marketing objectives, demand generation initiatives, or thought leadership programmes.
- Experience conducting content audits, gap analysis, and topic planning exercises.
- Working knowledge of SEO, search intent, and digital content optimisation best practices.
- Understanding of AEO, GEO, and emerging AI driven content discovery and search experiences.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Create high quality thought leadership and editorial content that helps intellectual property professionals navigate industry trends, emerging challenges, and business critical decisions.
- Lead content creation activities, including writing, editing, and coordinating contributions from internal and external subject matter experts, agencies, and freelance contributors.
- Develop a range of high value content assets, from flagship reports and executive thought leadership to blogs, articles, and customer stories.
- Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of high quality content across channels.
- Collaborate with product, strategy, sales, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for original content that addresses audience needs and business priorities.
- Contribute to the development of our IP blog strategy and publishing model, helping shape how thought leadership, product launches, campaigns, and market developments come to life through editorial content.
- Use content performance, audience insights, and search trends to identify opportunities to improve content discovery, engagement, and impact.

About the team
You will report to the Lead Content Marketing Manager based in London, UK, and be part of the broader IP Global Marketing team, collaborating with product, strategy, sales, and marketing stakeholders across the business.
Hours of Work
This is a permanent, full time position based in London. The role follows a hybrid working model.
