Content Marketing Manager
Duetto | Remote-first, global | Reports to VP, Growth Marketing
About the role
We have a bold brand voice, a growing library of campaigns, and a product story worth telling — what we need is someone who can help bring all of it to life, day in and day out.
This is a hands-on content role for a versatile writer who's looking to build their craft across formats: one day you're writing campaign copy for a demand gen push, the next you're drafting a social series, the next you're turning a product update into content people actually want to engage with. You'll work from clear briefs and direction, with support from senior content and marketing colleagues, and your job is to turn that direction into content that ships — quickly and well.
This isn't a role about setting content strategy — that sits elsewhere in the team. It's about strong, reliable execution: taking a brief and producing content that's on-brand and ready to go.
If you're a solid writer looking to grow across formats and channels, who takes direction well and enjoys the craft of making content land — this is a great next step.
What you'll work on
Brand and campaign content
- Help produce content that supports our demand gen campaigns, brand-building efforts, and always-on content calendar — blogs, guides, social copy, email, sales enablement material, and more
- Apply our brand voice consistently across everything you touch — punchy, smart, and customer-focused
- Work from briefs set by senior colleagues, asking good questions to make sure the output lands
Product content
- Help turn product updates and feature releases into content that goes beyond the feature list — finding the customer angle
- Work with the product marketing team to stay close to what's shipping
- Support launch communications and update announcements

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Skills and capabilities
- Strong writer — able to take a brief and turn it into content that's clear and on-brand
- Social-first instincts — you naturally think about platform, format, and hook
- Organised and reliable — you can manage a few pieces of content at once and hit deadlines
- Good at taking direction — you don't need a strategy explained in detail to run with a brief, but you're not expected to set the strategy

- You're genuinely curious about the product, the brand, and the industry you're writing about

- You're comfortable using AI as part of how you work, and keen to get better at it
What success looks like in year one
