The Role

We are looking for a creative, commercially minded Content Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on creating engaging content that captures attention, builds credibility and generates demand.

Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will own our content marketing strategy from planning through to execution. You'll be responsible for creating compelling content across a range of formats, with a particular focus on video and social media, helping to position StoryStream as a leading voice within ecommerce, retail technology and artificial intelligence.

Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, Product, Partnerships and Customer Success, you'll create content that supports every stage of the buyer journey, from building brand awareness through to supporting sales conversations and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

As our Content Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and deliver a content marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports company growth.
  • Own and manage the editorial calendar, ensuring a consistent pipeline of engaging, high quality content.
  • Create, publish and promote content across a variety of channels and formats.
  • Monitor content performance, using data and insights to continually improve results and maximise impact.

A significant part of the role will focus on video content. You'll be comfortable planning, scripting and producing engaging videos for platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok and other social channels. Content will include executive thought leadership, customer stories, event highlights, product demonstrations and educational content. You'll also manage freelance videographers where required and repurpose longer form content into multiple assets for different audiences and platforms.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
