Job Description: Content Marketing Intern
We’re a small but ambitious London-based startup on a mission to reinvent language learning through AI. Our flagship product is a mobile app designed to help intermediate and advanced learners improve their English with cutting-edge mobile technology.
We’re currently looking for a Content Marketing Intern to join us on a 3-month, paid internship (full-time / office based). This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world experience working directly with a seasoned marketing leader in a fast-paced startup environment, creating, producing, and scaling organic and paid content across multiple social media channels.
Internship Focus
- Supporting our existing social media channels through hands-on content marketing production, creating relevant content, and testing what resonates with our audience to refine and grow our approach.
- Creating short-form video content and advertisements for TikTok, Instagram, and Meta, both on camera and behind the camera.
- Recording, editing, and publishing videos, including appearing in selected content yourself and filming other people, using tools such as CapCut, Figma, and Canva.
- Researching trending formats, sounds, and hooks, then turning them into engaging, high-retention content that resonates with our audience.
- Testing different hooks, angles, and formats to find what performs best and scaling winners.
- Producing content in-house and using AI tools to support ad concepts, video production, and creative iteration.
- Collaborating with the CMO across the content production pipeline, from ideation and filming through editing, publishing, testing, and refinement based on live performance data.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
