At TFP Fertility, we support thousands of people each year as they take steps towards starting or growing their families. With eight clinics across the UK and a wider European presence, we combine leading fertility science with compassionate, personalised care.

Every message we share, whether on our website, social media, or in clinic, plays a role in helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident during an important and often emotional time. We are proud of our science-led approach, our collaborative culture, and our commitment to clear, honest communication.

The Role:

This is a hands-on content and communications role for a thoughtful and creative writer who understands how words shape trust.

Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and wider marketing team, you’ll help plan, create, and deliver content that supports patients, strengthens our brand, and ensures consistency across digital and print channels.

This role blends structured content creation with empathetic storytelling and clear, accurate communication.

The position is a full-time Hybrid role working 30 hours per week. We are flexible on the hours of work between the hours of 09.00-17.00. A minimum of 1 day will be onsite at TFP Oxford Fertility. This opportunity is available as a 6-month fixed term contract.

The Location:

Oxford Fertility was established in 1992 and is one of the UK’s longest standing and largest IVF clinics. Due to the passion, expertise and reputation of our team, the clinic has grown into a leading fertility clinic and offers a full suite of treatment and diagnostic services, including PGT and IVM. Conveniently located in a business park setting on the outskirts of Oxford, close to junction 8a of the M40, there is ample free parking for staff and patients around the building.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
