About the role

If you’re a strong writer who can turn complex ideas and customer insights into clear, engaging content, this role could be a great fit! We’re looking for a hands-on Content Marketing Specialist to create high-quality content that supports demand generation, partnerships, thought leadership, and sales.

You’ll write and produce email campaigns, sponsorship materials, long-form content, lead generation assets, and industry-focused content.

📍 Open to candidates based in LATAM, MENA, and Eastern Europe.

⏰ Candidates in EMEA must be available between 8 AM and 12 PM EST and other hours can be async. Candidates in the Americas will work from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.

Who we are looking for

Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, brand content, or a related role
  • Strong English writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience creating long-form content such as ebooks, guides, reports, or thought leadership articles
  • Experience with email marketing, lead generation, sponsorships, or partner campaigns
  • Ability to turn product information, industry insights, and customer pain points into compelling content
  • Comfortable owning projects from research and writing through review and final delivery
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in influencer marketing, UGC, the creator economy, MarTech, or AdTech
  • Experience creating webinars, case studies, sales materials, or founder-led content
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, agencies, or tech-enabled services
  • Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or AI content tools

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit ebooks, guides, reports, case studies, landing pages, sales materials, and thought leadership content
  • Create newsletters, nurture sequences, event follow-ups, and other email campaigns
  • Develop content for sponsorships, partnerships, webinars, and events
  • Research industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor activity
  • Interview internal experts and turn their knowledge into market-facing content
  • Collaborate with Growth and Product Marketing on campaigns and lead generation
  • Coordinate content projects with designers, freelancers, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain the content calendar and ensure work is delivered on time
  • Review content performance and use insights to improve future work
  • Use AI tools to work more efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy
