About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing - International, you will execute regional digital marketing plans and create high-impact content that builds Omnicell's brand awareness and consideration across international markets. Approximately 90% of the role focuses on campaign and digital content, with 10% supporting internal communications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop audience-focused content for integrated international campaigns covering complex healthcare and technology topics.
  • Manage end-to-end production of emails, landing pages, website content, digital advertisements, social posts, nurture programs and other campaign assets.
  • Coordinate content reviews and approvals with regional and product marketing teams, subject-matter experts and other stakeholders.
  • Create a consistent narrative across campaigns, product launches, events, customer stories and thought leadership.
  • Maintain brand consistency across messaging, tone of voice, visual identity, channels and markets.
  • Build content frameworks and assets that can be reused, repurposed and localised across regions.
  • Monitor content performance, report relevant KPIs and use insights to improve campaign results.
  • Publish content through platforms including Pardot and Optimizely, while supporting communications for international employees.

Qualifications

  • Legally authorised to work in the United Kingdom without current or future Omnicell sponsorship.
  • Able to pass background and employment verification checks.
  • Able to work from the assigned location without housing or relocation assistance.
  • Available for business-related travel when required, up to 10%–20%.
