Schneider Electric's Sustainability Business is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to support its growing US Public Sector marketing organization.
This role will create compelling campaign content and digital assets that elevate Schneider Electric's market presence, generate demand, and showcase client success.
Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Brand, and subject matter experts, you will develop thought leadership, client stories, social media content, public relations materials, and sales enablement assets that support business growth. You will also manage key content platforms and identify innovative ways to use AI and marketing technology to improve marketing team efficiency and business impact.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer and storyteller who enjoys collaborating across teams, managing multiple projects, and turning complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
What will you do?
Create Content that Drives Growth
- Develop thought leadership articles, blogs, client success stories, email campaigns, and other strategic marketing content.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and subject matter experts to identify content opportunities aligned to market trends and business priorities.
- Ensure content reflects Schneider Electric's brand, value proposition, and audience needs.
Build an Engaging Social Presence
- Develop and execute social media content plans that support campaigns and business objectives.
- Manage content calendars and create engaging social content across channels.
- Monitor performance and optimize content to increase audience engagement and reach.
Amplify Our Voice in the Market
- Create press releases, media pitches, award submissions, spokesperson briefs, and related communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to drive media and public relations opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to promote client success stories, innovative projects, and company expertise.
Enable Sales Success
- Develop and maintain sales enablement assets, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and offer collateral.
- Manage content libraries and repositories, including Accent and SharePoint.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Proposal teams to identify content gaps and improve asset effectiveness.
Manage Content Platforms & Marketing Operations
- Maintain content across websites, blog sites, and other digital channels.
- Support governance of content and design platforms, including Anyword, Superside, and Canva to ensure brand compliance and marketing excellence across all marketing users.
- Manage content updates, asset organization, vendor coordination, invoicing, and related operational processes.
Champion AI & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve content quality, scalability, and productivity.
- Streamline and automate content workflows, asset management, and platform governance.
- Share marketing best practices and support adoption of new tools and processes.

What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in content marketing, communications, public relations, or a related role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across digital, social, web, email, and sales channels.
- Experience planning and managing marketing content programs, social media, and email marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with Canva, content management systems, and marketing technology platforms.
- Strong project management, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Strong interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting B2B and/or public sector organizations preferred.
- Portfolio or writing samples required.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
