Content Strategist
Do you write words that make people click, sign up, and stick around? Are you happiest turning a product feature into a headline, an email, or a landing page that converts? Do you reach for AI to move faster — without letting it flatten your voice? Do you love solving problems and learning relentlessly? Then we’ve got just the place for you. As a Content Strategist on our marketing team, your copy will power the ads, emails, and landing pages seen by millions. This is performance copywriting — not blogging, not SEO, not long-form. If you love making every word count and want to take your career to the next level in a fast-paced, fun environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Write the copy that sells: Write across performance formats — landing pages, ads, lifecycle and campaign emails, in-app and push, video/audio scripts, social, and taglines.
- Speak to the customer: Turn briefs and features into sharp, benefit-led copy pitched to real customer motivations, and flex your voice across audiences and funnel stages.
- Collaborate effectively: Work hand in hand with design, performance marketing, brand, product, and CRM to take campaigns from concept to launch, iterating on feedback and data.
- Use AI well: Use AI tools as part of your creative process to explore, draft, and vary — with a critical eye on quality and brand fit.
- Take ownership: you’ll be given autonomy and encouraged to take ownership of projects from day one. We have processes and structures, but don’t let them undermine efficiency or creativity.
- Learn and iterate: Respond to what performs and feed those signals into your next round of copy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
