What does it take to publish a daily dispatch from a working campus — short-form video and written updates that hold attention without inflating the work? This is a Content & Media Intern producing the daily dispatches for the Internship Launch Pipeline at Mindwaves AI. Mindwaves AI is the operating company behind the launch pipeline; the work is short-form video and written pieces from the Bali campus, published daily across the ten-account feed. Epic Solutions PT runs the on-site program. You are not making a holiday reel. You are creating a public record of work that ships. Everyone has a degree. Almost nobody has proof.
What you build
Not a task list. The thing you build.
- You produce the daily short-form video dispatch: one clear piece from the working campus, cut to hold attention past the first second.
- You write the daily written dispatch: a plain, sharp explanation of what moved and why, published the same day.
- The ten-account feed is the release surface: captions, metadata, and placement matched to each account.
- The release log tracks what shipped, which angle held, and what failed to land.

Who this is for
Recent graduates in marketing, communications, journalism, or English who write plainly, can show a publishing rhythm, and can explain a technical idea without jargon. Comfortable working async across time zones. You work until the cut is clean.
Where you do it — and why here
Thirty years building companies — New York, London, Tokyo, the Valley — and then it stopped mattering where the work happened. So the program runs on-site. A modern company costs twelve people and a toolchain — so being wrong six times a year is part of how we work. The campus is 4,000 sqm, and the people who run Mindwaves AI are on it every day. What this location buys is attention, not a view. This is not remote work; it is one fixed cohort.
What happens after
The internship is step one. Seventeen interns have moved into full-time roles. The destination role and its terms are agreed before you commit, never after. We are not guaranteeing a seat; we are telling you the path.

Terms
Unpaid under Indonesian law. A room is available on campus — rent paid by you. Epic Solutions PT hosts the on-site program and assists with the C22B internship visa process; the visa fee is yours. Requirements
- A degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or English — you have proven you can finish something.
- You drive Claude Code, Hermes, or Codex every day and catch what the AI gets wrong.
- You have made a thing that nobody asked you to make.
- You can be on-site for four to six months.
