Content Merchandising Coordinator | Global Growth & Lifecycle Merchandising

Day Rate: £300 - £350 PD / 6 Month Contract / Inside IR35

We're recruiting for a Content Merchandising Coordinator to join a global Growth & Lifecycle Merchandising team at a leading international streaming brand.

You'll help drive subscriber engagement, retention and content discovery across global markets. Reporting directly to the Director – Content Merchandising, you'll be a vital part of a large, international lifecycle team, working with a group of five hiring managers and colleagues across EMEA.

Working pattern

Hybrid: 2 days a week in the office, occasionally 3. UK and EMEA working hours are essential.

What you'll do

  • Support international merchandising and lifecycle initiatives.
  • Keep content in front of customers and maximise views.
  • Maintain Airtable with marketing information, metadata and campaign calendars.
  • Pull data from Jira and Airtable to feed metadata, copy and print assets.
  • Plan and coordinate activity across time zones and functions.

What you'll bring

  • Conversational French or Italian (or both).
  • Marketing operations or marketing broadcasting experience.
  • Confident with Airtable, SharePoint, CMS databases and Google Suite.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a real passion for digital marketing.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in large, international organisations.
