Key Responsibilities
- Review user-generated and digital content against internal guidelines and quality standards
- Identify and flag content that may breach platform policies or moderation requirements
- Categorise and document moderation decisions accurately
- Escalate complex or unclear cases to the appropriate internal team
- Maintain consistent standards across high volumes of content
- Support content-quality checks and routine review processes
- Keep accurate records of moderation actions and outcomes
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to help maintain a safe and professional online environment
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow clear guidelines
- Good judgement and ability to make consistent decisions
- Comfortable reviewing digital and user-generated content
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Confident using online platforms, digital tools, and internal systems
- Ability to work independently and remain focused in a fully remote environment
- Previous moderation, customer service, administration, research, or digital-content experience is beneficial but not required
