Job Opportunity: Content Operations Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Content Operations Analyst based in the United Kingdom.

Working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll help maintain reliable content delivery and exceptional client experiences. Accountabilities:

As a Content Operations Analyst, you will manage day-to-day content operations, ensuring content is accurately prepared, reviewed, delivered, and maintained while supporting live operational workflows. You will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, providing first-line operational support, and improving workflow efficiency through AI-assisted tools and best practices.

  • Manage assigned content operations tasks from intake through completion while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Prepare content packages, reports, and client deliverables using internal tools and documented workflows.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on generated content, applications, and digital experiences.
  • Maintain content records, operational documentation, and recurring workflow tasks.
  • Deliver client-ready reports, links, and status updates with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Provide first-line support during scheduled shifts by investigating content and operational issues, gathering evidence, and escalating when appropriate.
  • Monitor live content during sports events and perform operational checks to ensure reliable delivery.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline content validation, documentation, comparison, and repetitive operational processes while verifying output quality.
  • Produce clear handover documentation to ensure seamless collaboration across shifts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending workflow enhancements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, shift-based environment. You should possess strong analytical skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to balance speed with accuracy while embracing AI-assisted workflows.

  • Ability to independently manage operational workflows and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent quality assurance and verification skills.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity while validating generated outputs.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to document work clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making within defined operational processes.
  • Ability to recognize issues, gather supporting evidence, and escalate effectively when required.
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and live event coverage.
  • Interest in sports, media, SaaS, publishing, or digital content operations.

  • Experience in content operations, publishing, digital production, application support, product support, media operations, or content QA.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, Airtable, Linear, Zendesk, Slack, spreadsheets, dashboards, browser developer tools, or workflow automation platforms.
  • Experience supporting sports content, digital media, generated content, reporting, or client-facing operational processes.
