Content Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organised Content Operations Coordinator to support content delivery, asset management, and workflow administration activities.
Working closely with Content Managers, Project Managers, and supplier teams, you will help ensure content assets are accurately managed, tracked, and governed throughout their lifecycle. You will play an important role in maintaining operational accuracy, supporting quality assurance processes, and providing visibility across content delivery activities.
This role would suit someone with strong administrative, content operations, or project coordination experience and exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Asset & Content Administration
- Support the collection, organisation, and management of content assets
- Coordinate asset uploads and maintenance within DAM platforms
- Ensure assets are correctly tagged, categorised, and maintained
- Support content publishing and asset governance activities
Workflow Coordination
- Track the progress of content enrichment activities and asset deliveries
- Maintain project trackers, delivery schedules, and workflow documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure information is current and accurate
- Escalate delivery issues where appropriate
Quality Assurance Support
- Support QA checks across content, metadata, and asset libraries
- Ensure assets meet agreed naming conventions and governance standards
- Assist with publishing validation and post-publication checks
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across content records
Reporting & Operational Support
- Maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and project trackers
- Support data sheet management and content administration tasks
- Produce regular status updates for project stakeholders
- Ensure accurate record keeping across all activities

- Accurate and well-maintained asset and content records
- Improved visibility across workflow and delivery status
- High standards of quality, governance, and data accuracy
- Efficient support for publishing and content administration activities
- Strong operational support for the successful delivery of the Content Enrichment Initiative
Requirements
Essential:
- Experience in content operations, project coordination, marketing administration, or a similar role
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong Microsoft Office and reporting skills
- Experience managing large volumes of information and assets
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
- Experience using Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
- Experience supporting retail, marketing, or eCommerce teams
- Understanding of metadata, tagging, and asset governance principles
- Experience working within content production environments
