Job title: Content Operations Lead

Contract: 6 months

Location: London (Hybrid Working)

Start Date: ASAP

Day Rate: £400 per day via umbrella company

Content Operations Lead (Contractor UK) Will Be Responsible For

  • Manage content operations across photoshoots, post-production, CGI and emerging AI production workflows.
  • Configure and maintain content operations tools, including Adobe Workfront for project management and proofing, and Frame.io for file retrieval and collaboration.
  • Onboard agencies on asset specifications, naming conventions, delivery requirements and platform usage.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance to agencies, project managers and project owners on asset setup, delivery feasibility and production workflow requirements.
  • Support quality control processes by ensuring assets are delivered with the correct format, naming, structure, metadata and technical setup; assist in reviewing QC reports when needed, and explain quality issues back to agencies where required.
  • Help optimise content production processes for generative AI-assisted asset production, AI-assisted quality control, AI hybrid photoshoots and virtual production.

Required Knowledge And Skills

  • Strong technical understanding of asset types, production files, file formats, naming conventions, metadata and delivery requirements, with the ability to lead technical conversations internally and with agencies.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical principles clearly, concisely and in a way that is easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand.
  • Proactive, structured and ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to anticipate risks, solve issues and improve ways of working.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and Firefly, with enough familiarity to understand asset preparation, production workflows and common technical constraints.
  • Understanding of 3D asset delivery, CGI workflows and the handover requirements needed across agencies, production partners and internal platforms.
  • Strong technical aptitude and curiosity, with the ability to quickly understand PMI platforms, workflows and system dependencies.
