We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with experience across content operations, digital content management or learning platforms, who can manage content workflows across multiple European markets.

This is a contract role lasting until the end of the year, with a high potential to be renewed for another year, with a hybrid policy of 3 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital training content, including intake, scheduling, publishing, updating and archiving.
  • Work closely with central content creation teams to commission, review and deliver new training modules across European markets.
  • Conduct quality assurance across digital assets, ensuring linguistic accuracy, regional relevance, brand alignment and a strong user experience.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the central learning platform, including course uploads, catalogues, user pathways and curricula.
  • Partner with global and regional teams to support platform enhancements, UX improvements and the rollout of new content tools.
  • Support the implementation of digital credentialing and badging, ensuring accurate allocation and consistent standards.
  • Monitor content performance and platform adoption, using data and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Create and maintain content operations processes, SOPs, guides and documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
