Content, Partnerships & Sponsorship Executive | Permanent | London | Hybrid Working

We’re hiring for a Content, Partnerships & Sponsorship Executive as part of dentsu in London.

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of the role is to work with clients and Media Owners to drive creative, innovative and effective content solutions and to provide support and assistance in managing the client’s proposals, keeping day-to-day activities running smoothly.

The role may also include supervising and supporting the training needs of a graduate or Junior Executive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating invoicing and payment process
  • Supporting management in delivering an outstanding client service, through management of key projects
  • Working with the wider team to challenge client briefs, ensuring creative solutions and key performance indicators are achievable.
  • Collaborating with the team to implement creative solutions from conception to completion.
  • Building trusted relationships with media owners.
  • Delivering excellent execution of full creative solutions campaigns.
  • Acting as the first port of call on day-to-day queries, questions and campaign progress.
  • Being responsible for all invoicing and payment process.
  • Knowing how to use and utilise all relevant tools - e.g. CCS, TGI, RACE, INFOSYS, Survey Monkey.
  • Delivering presentations.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Experience supporting and delivering branded content, partnerships, sponsorship or media campaigns from planning through to execution.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, budgets and invoicing processes simultaneously.
  • Confident building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, media owners and internal stakeholders to deliver successful commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate client briefs into clear, creative and actionable campaign solutions.

Desirable:

  • Experience using media planning, audience insight or campaign reporting tools such as TGI, CCS, RACE, Infosys or similar industry platforms.
  • Knowledge of the UK media, content, partnerships and sponsorship landscape, including emerging trends and innovative branded content opportunities.
