Content Creator

An innovative and fast-growing international business within the sports and leisure sector is looking for a talented and creative Content Creator to join its marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how a globally recognised brand communicates with its audience, producing high-quality visual content that inspires, engages and drives commercial growth.

About the Role

This role sits at the heart of the marketing function and offers the chance to take real ownership of content creation across multiple channels. You will be responsible for planning, capturing and producing compelling video and photography that supports campaigns, product launches and brand storytelling. Working closely with marketing and creative colleagues, you will translate ideas and briefs into visually engaging content that resonates with a wide and diverse audience.

From concept through to final delivery, you will manage the entire content production process. This includes preparing shoot plans, capturing footage and imagery both in studio and on location, and editing content to a high professional standard. Whether creating short-form social content, longer brand videos or campaign assets, your work will play a vital role in strengthening brand presence and supporting ongoing growth across digital platforms.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
