About Nero

We aren't here to play by the rules of an industry built on cheap plastic and synthetics. Nero is a performance brand built entirely on natural fabrics, and we are tearing down the traditional sportswear playbook to rebuild it from the ground up. We move fast, shoot aggressively, and demand uncompromising, elevated visual storytelling across every single campaign.

The Role

We are looking for an exceptional, hyper-organised Content Producer to take full control of our end-to-end shoot logistics for both video ads and photography.

You are the operational engine behind our content pipeline. Your mission is simple: take campaign concepts and ad scripts, handle every moving part of pre-production and post-production management, and deliver a fully prepped set. On shoot days, the Creative Director turns up, directs, and shoots, everything else is built, organised, and run by you.

If you thrive in high-volume environments, live for immaculate organisation, and know how to source the right talent, locations, and aesthetic details on tight timelines, this is your role.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production & Logistics

  • Location Scouting: Source, secure, and clear permissions/permits for compelling indoor, outdoor, and architectural locations that fit the brand aesthetic.
  • Casting & Creator Sourcing: Pitch, recruit, and manage relationships with actors, athletic models, and creators who align with the brand.
  • Creative Deconstruction: Read, understand, and break down video ad scripts into concrete production requirements (shot lists, call sheets, prop lists, Wardrobe/styling needs).
  • Set Design & Prop Sourcing: Acquire all required props, set elements, and styling items; oversee basic set styling to ensure every frame looks premium.
  • Photography Shoot Management: Coordinate e-commerce and campaign photo shoots alongside video productions, managing crew, talent, and sample garments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

On-Set Management

  • Run high-efficiency shoot days, ensuring call sheets are met, schedules run on time, and talent is prepped and in place.
  • Oversee prop placement, wardrobe continuity, and set adjustment on the fly.

Post-Production Workflow & Asset Management

  • Data & Asset Organization: Ingest raw footage and photography assets immediately post-shoot, ensuring everything is logged, backed up, and meticulously organised into production folders.
  • Distribution: Hand off raw assets to internal and external video editors/colorists, tracking deliverables through to final sign-off.
  • Production Archive: Maintain a clean, accessible cloud media library across all launches and campaigns.

Creative Output

  • Capacity & Production Planning: Act as the operational backbone for output targets (e.g., hitting monthly benchmarks of up to 100 final assets). Reverse-engineer monthly shoot schedules, location bookings, and talent availability to guarantee the raw footage pipeline never runs dry.
  • Cross-Functional Asset Tracking: Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists and Editors to monitor asset velocity. Track content from raw capture on set to folder organisation and editor handoff, ensuring no bottlenecks delay the final delivery schedules.
