About 7FIFTY

We are an independent production agency, specialising in documentary-style branded content, AFP and branded entertainment made for the digital era. Storytelling is at the heart of everything we do – it's not a slogan, it's a standard.

From short-form, social-first content to longer YouTube and broadcast series, we partner directly with the people behind the brands. Our guerilla-style production approach means we're agile, unobtrusive and able to capture genuine moments in real locations with real people - letting real-life do the talking.

The role

This is a full-time, in-house role for an experienced Content Producer to join our small but mighty team. It's an opportunity for someone who wants to stretch themselves creatively and make a meaningful, disproportionate impact on our output and the overall client experience.

Our films revolve around people who embody passion and excellence, giving us the privilege of capturing authentic hospitality in its many forms.

Because we work within highly respected environments that demand the very best across the entire production cycle, we're looking for someone who can deliver with ambition beyond the traditional scope of the role - someone who takes full ownership of a shoot from first call to final wrap, and feels pride in elevating every project.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Our non-negotiables

  • Organisation & self-sufficiency: Rock-solid organisational skills, able to plan and run productions independently from brief through to delivery, with nothing falling through the cracks.
  • Production savvy: Confident handling schedules, logistics, managing crew and all the moving parts of a shoot - keeping things running smoothly even when the plan changes on the day.
  • Self-shooting capability: Proficient behind the camera, comfortable capturing broadcast-quality footage solo or as part of a small crew, in real locations with real people.
  • Technical & industry experience: A background in broadcast TV with transferable skills to digital, or solid experience producing branded digital content.
  • Client-facing confidence: Comfortable and respectful in front of clients and talent, representing 7FIFTY with professionalism and a positive attitude on every shoot.
  • Independent working: While you'll be a core part of our team, you'll also own projects that don't always come with a script. This means strong instincts, responsibility for the outcome, and the opportunity to leave your own creative fingerprint on the work.
  • Passion & ambition: This is self-explanatory. Show us who you are and what you bring.
