Who We Are
Cage Warriors is Europe's leading mixed martial arts promotion. Since 2002, the organisation has staged more than 200 events across 12 countries and three continents, providing a platform for some of the biggest stars in MMA, past and present.
Cage Warriors is renowned as the proving ground for the next generation of MMA stars and continues to invest in the future of the sport through its Cage Warriors Academy Network. We stage events across Europe, with our shows broadcast live globally on UFC Fight Pass, alongside a host of territorial broadcast partners.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a Content Producer to join our team at one of the most exciting and fast-growing sports businesses in the world.
In this role, you'll direct and produce best-in-class content for Cage Warriors events globally, overseeing projects from initial concept through to final delivery across our platforms. This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who loves combat sports, lives on social media and knows how to turn a moment into content that stops people scrolling.
What You'll Do
This is a full-time role based at the Cage Warriors office in Central London, as well as at events around the world.
You'll be responsible for directing and producing content across all platforms, playing a key role in our wider marketing and content strategy. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate closely with athletes, the marketing team, broadcast teams, and other creative partners to deliver compelling content before, during and after each event.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
