Rare Opportunity for a Long Form Content Producer/Podcaster/Videographer
Join this fast-growing digital marketing business, who are building a podcast-first, long-form storytelling platform designed to capture the reality behind brand growth.
Not the outputs or metrics alone, but the thinking, decisions, tensions, and moments that actually create results to bring this new platform to life and build it into a platform of substance.
The successful candidate will play a central role in defining how this company shows up in long-form, and how the platform becomes a credible voice in the industry.
What you'll own
- Content, end-to-end: Own the platform from concept to publication.
- Guest research, outreach, scheduling, recording, editing, and distribution.
- Long-form storytelling: Create podcast-first, long-form content across video and audio. Conversations, client stories, and industry perspectives that go beyond surface-level thinking.
- Editorial narrative: Find and shape the story within each conversation. Structure, pacing, and flow should turn raw discussion into something intentional and compelling.
- Production quality: Set the standard for visuals, sounds, and feels. Every detail matters, from audio clarity to visual composition to final edit.
- Platform development: Help define what the platform becomes over time. Formats, series, recurring themes, and creative direction that build consistency and recognition.
- Guests and relationships: Identify and secure guests with genuine perspective. Build a network of voices that strengthens the platform's credibility.
- Content ecosystem: Work closely with the social content creator to ensure this feeds the wider brand. Long-form creates the narrative. Social distributes and amplifies it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
