Video Producers & Editors
Role Summary
As a Video Producer, you will create, review, and evaluate high-quality video and motion work, leveraging your expertise in production craft and editorial judgment to contribute to training data for frontier AI systems.
Deliverables
- Produce high-quality video and film for leading technology companies, global brands, startups, or cultural institutions.
- Manage end-to-end production including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and client management.
- Direct creative teams through delivery of video projects.
- Edit and finish video content using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Cinema 4D.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver polished, production-ready film and video.

Requirements
- Have strong relevant experience in the domain.
- Experience at leading motion design and creative production studios such as BUCK, Tendril, Future Deluxe, Hornet, Giant Ant, or Ordinary Folk.
- Proven track record of producing world-class commercial and brand film.
- Reels or portfolios demonstrating excellence in commercial film, brand content, motion design, editorial, or campaign work.
- Experience working in professional studio environments and critically assessing the quality, pacing, and visual execution of modern video content.

- Job Type: Hourly contract
- Compensation: $150-$200 per hour
