About 1FIT
1FIT is the coaching platform for the best coaches in the industry. We build software for online health and fitness coaches, personal trainers and hybrid coaches. We're bootstrapped and profitable and Decisions get made in a room by the people who have to live with them, usually the same week. Around 5,000 coaches use 1FIT to look after roughly 150,000 clients. Our product is loved and we're looking to bring on a full time content producer to take the brand to the next level.
The role
You're our first dedicated content hire, and you'll own short form video end to end. You turn up with the camera, you shoot it, you cut it, it goes out. Nobody is handing you a brief and a folder of footage, it's your area to own. Here's the part that makes this job different from most content roles. Organic isn't a separate channel that runs alongside paid. It's where we find out what works. You publish, we watch what earns attention, and the winners get handed to our Performance Marketing Manager and put behind budget. Your best posts become our ads. You'll see the spend behind your work, you'll see the numbers that come back, and that feedback goes straight into what you make next.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
It's important to understand that our audience is coaches, not gym goers. We aren't making transformation content or workout tips. We're making content for self employed people building a coaching business, which is a very different person with very different anxieties. The coaches on our platform are our best source of stories, footage and credibility, so a real part of this job is getting in front of them on location and coming back with something worth watching.
What you'll do
- Own the content calendar across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts. Concept, shoot, edit, publish.
- Film on location with coaches in gyms, studios and their own setups.
- Cut fast and publish often. This is a volume game, not a portfolio.
- Turn one shoot into many outputs across platforms.
- Build a repeatable pipeline of coach and UGC content so you're not the only source of footage
- Read the numbers that matter, retention curves, hook performance, saves and shares, and let them decide what you make next.
- Work directly with our Performance Marketing Manager to identify organic winners worth scaling, and produce paid specific variants when something takes off.
What we're looking for
- 2 to 4 years making short form video that actually performed. Send us a link and tell us why it worked.
- Genuinely self sufficient on camera and in the edit. Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci, we don't mind which.
- Strong instinct for hooks, pacing and platform native format
- Able to direct people who aren't performers and still get a usable take
- Comfortable being measured. You'll have numbers against your work from week one.
- Full UK driving licence and happy to travel for shoots
