Job Description

Location: Tobermore Concrete Products Ltd, 2 Lisnamuck Road, Tobermore

We’re looking for a creative storyteller who loves bringing ideas to life through video and photography.

As our Content Producer (Videographer), you’ll capture everything from stunning construction projects and customer success stories to behind-the-scenes moments, podcasts, product launches and interviews with industry experts. No two days are the same.

Working alongside a passionate and creative marketing team, you’ll help shape the way people see Tobermore. We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys meeting new people and isn’t afraid to ask great questions. You’ll be just as comfortable filming on a busy construction site as you are interviewing a customer or hosting a podcast conversation.

As an award-winning Company, we are one of the market leading providers of paving and walling products within the UK and Irish markets. This is an exciting opportunity with one of the most successful and financially secure businesses in Northern Ireland.

Please note: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time, as we do not hold a sponsorship licence and do not have roles that meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route. All applicants must have the current right to work in NI.

We may close vacancies early where we receive significant numbers of applications, in order to support efficient shortlisting.

  • Produce short-form video content for social media, tailoring content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats, including teaser videos, short clips, audiograms, reels, graphics and promotional assets, maximising the value of every piece of content.
  • Capture photography and video from construction sites, completed projects, customer visits, factory operations, events and exhibitions.
  • Produce internal communications content that celebrates our people, supports company initiatives and brings our culture and values to life.
  • Film interviews with colleagues, customers, architects, contractors and other industry professionals, helping tell authentic stories that strengthen our brand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
