ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a versatile Content Producer and Designer to turn strong ideas into polished assets that help Confirm get noticed, understood, and chosen.
Sitting within Field Marketing, you'll work across both our Frontline and Scale-up propositions. The audiences and pace may differ, but the job is the same at its core: take a clear brief, find the best way to bring it to life, and deliver work that is useful, distinctive, and ready to perform in market.
This is a hands-on, multi-format role spanning design, production, editing, and delivery. You'll work closely with the Frontline and Scale-up Product Marketing Evangelists, Copy and Content Writers, Field Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Digital, Sales, Customer Experience, and external partners. The Evangelists own proposition and market direction. The writers own the words and editorial narrative. You'll own how that work is produced, designed, adapted, and delivered across formats.
We need someone who combines creative judgment with production discipline. You'll care about the idea, the craft, and the unglamorous final checks that stop a good asset arriving with the wrong dimensions, broken links, or last quarter's date.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Produce video and motion content. Edit interviews, event footage, webinars, social video, explainers, and simple animations.
- Produce high quality creative work across design formats from campaign ideas
- Support live and digital experiences. Develop presentation decks, signage, screen content, speaker assets, and webinar materials.

- Simplify complex information. Turn research, product information, and campaign narratives into accessible visual stories with a clear hierarchy.
- Build scalable systems. Develop brand-safe templates and maintain an organized library of approved assets, source files, and regional versions.
- Manage the workflow. Scope briefs, prioritize requests across both segments, set realistic timelines, and flag capacity or delivery risks early.
- Coordinate production. Work with writers, Evangelists, campaign owners, subject-matter experts, agencies, freelancers, and suppliers.
- Own quality control. Check copy, links, dimensions, captions, accessibility, file formats, and brand consistency before release.
Who we are looking for
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Understanding of typography, hierarchy, composition, pacing, imagery, and how design helps an audience understand the message.
- Experience in content production, graphic design, multimedia design, creative production, or a related role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating polished work across digital, print, presentation, campaign and video or motion formats.
- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and strong capability in presentation design and collaborative design tools such as Figma or Canva.
- Experience editing video and creating simple motion graphics using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro an After Effects, or equivalent platforms.
- Practical multidisciplinary creativity, able to move from concept to finished asset without losing sight of the commercial objective.
- Strong design foundations and the confidence to work across several formats rather than staying in one narrow creative lane.
- Creative problem-solving. You can improve the brief, recommend the right format, and find a practical route through budget, timing, or source-material constraints.
- Audience awareness. You can adjust the creative approach for complex frontline enterprises and fast-moving scale-ups without fragmenting the brand.
- Confidence working closely with writers, senior stakeholders, campaign teams, and external suppliers, giving and receiving clear feedback.
- A practical, let's-go mindset. You are comfortable shaping the idea, building the asset, exporting the versions, and making the final fixes.
- Confidence using AI and automation tools to improve creative workflows, increase production efficiency, and explore new formats.
