About the Role
Deep Knowledge Group (DKG - https://www.dkv.global/) is seeking a highly detail-oriented and independently operating Content Product Manager / Product QA Manager to ensure the final quality of its websites, analytical reports, PDF documents and other content-based products.
This is not simply a proofreading or editorial role. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that DKG's websites and documents function as finished professional products: structurally clear, visually consistent, accurate, polished and ready for publication or presentation to external stakeholders.
The role is particularly suitable for someone who can review a product from the perspective of the final user, identify issues across content, structure, layout and functionality, coordinate corrections with different teams and independently confirm that the final result meets the required quality standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform final quality control of static websites, landing pages, PDF reports, analytical documents and other content products.
- Review content for grammar, spelling, wording, readability, terminology, duplication, inconsistencies and missing information.
- Check document and website structure to ensure that information is logically organized and easy to understand.
- Review layouts, typography, spacing, alignment, tables, charts, infographics, images, captions and other visual elements.
- Verify consistency of titles, terminology, numbers, descriptions, branding and key messages across different products and materials.
- Review static websites for broken or incorrect links, buttons, navigation issues, missing content, incorrect formatting and other visible functional problems.
- Review PDF reports and analytical documents page by page before final delivery or publication.
- Identify quality issues clearly and prepare structured correction lists for content creators, designers, analysts and developers.
- Coordinate required corrections with relevant teams and perform final verification after changes are implemented.
- Maintain practical QA checklists and repeatable processes for different types of websites, reports and documents.
- Ensure that a product is not considered complete simply because the content or design has been delivered, but only once it is genuinely ready for publication and external use.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a product-oriented quality controller rather than a purely editorial proofreader.
The right person should be able to review a website or report as a complete product: understand what the user is expected to see, identify content and visual inconsistencies, notice small errors, communicate required corrections clearly and follow the product through until the final version is actually publication-ready.
The candidate should combine strong editorial judgment with excellent attention to visual detail and a structured approach to quality assurance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content management, editorial QA, digital product management, publishing, website QA, report production or a comparable role.
- Strong written English and excellent proofreading skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies quickly.
- Strong understanding of document structure, layout and visual presentation.
- Experience reviewing professional websites, reports, presentations or other content-heavy digital products.
- Ability to assess content quality, usability and presentation from the perspective of the final user.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate corrections across several teams and follow issues through to completion.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel products and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving international environment.

What Success Looks Like
Within the first months, the Content Product Manager / Product QA Manager should become the person the team can rely upon for final product quality before publication.
