About Us

We’re a boutique digital marketing agency helping luxury hotels and hospitality brands grow their presence online through thoughtful, performance-driven content. We manage social media for premium hospitality brands and are constantly testing new formats while scaling what already works.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to creative processes—someone who takes pride in producing polished, consistent work and improving systems over time.

The Role

This is not a brainstorming role. You won’t be responsible for inventing viral ideas or writing content from scratch. Instead, you’ll become the owner of a repeatable production process that turns proven content ideas into finished, publish-ready social media posts across multiple client accounts. Think of yourself as running the assembly line that allows our Creative Associate to spend more time experimenting with new ideas while you ensure our best-performing formats are consistently produced at a high standard.

What You’ll Do

  • Build batches of Instagram Reels inside Canva using our documented production process
  • Format provided hooks into polished graphics using established brand templates
  • Select the best supporting footage from existing content libraries
  • Assemble finished reels that are ready for publishing
  • Maintain consistency across multiple brands while following documented design standards
  • Schedule and publish content across social media accounts
  • Organize creative assets and keep production workflows running smoothly
  • Help improve efficiency by identifying repetitive tasks that could be streamlined
  • Over time, begin incorporating AI-generated copy into your production workflow as our internal tools evolve

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
