Content QA Lead - 6 Month Hybrid Working Contract

We have a fantastic 6 month hybrid working contract opportunity for a Content QA Lead to join a globally recognised gaming and entertainment brand, supporting high-profile digital campaigns and content across international markets.

This is your chance to be at the heart of the digital experiences behind one of the world’s most iconic gaming brands, helping ensure every campaign reaches players flawlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Own QA from brief through to launch, taking responsibility for planning and coordinating test cycles.
  • Execute detailed content and journey testing.
  • Identify and track defects through to resolution.
  • Ensure campaigns meet the required standard before going live.
  • Validate localised content across different markets and languages.
  • Check for legal, compliance, brand, UX, and accessibility issues.
  • Carry out post-launch validation to ensure everything is working as intended.

About You

  • Digital / Web / Content QA experience - ideally in a gaming / entertainment brand.
  • Strong Jira and ideally BrowserStack experience.
  • Website, CMS, and campaign testing experience.
  • Experience testing across browsers, devices, and international markets.
  • Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility and responsive design.
  • Strong defect triage and release management skills.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and delivery partners.
