Description & Requirements
Bloomberg Marketing partners with forward-looking business leaders to seize and create opportunities and to drive difference. We use data to understand markets and audiences, and creative ideas to build stories and brands. We create campaigns that capture attention and drive a reaction. We move fast, and our core approach is integrated and pioneering.
The Content Marketing Strategy team transforms Bloomberg’s market insights and research into compelling content that resonates with customers and prospects. We drive engagement at scale by connecting Bloomberg’s unmatched expertise to client priorities and broader business goals. Sitting within Business Marketing, our team focuses on turning market intelligence into meaningful impact. Our ambition is to redefine how we approach marketing—moving beyond promotion to find new ways to surface, package, and distribute Bloomberg’s research to the audiences who value it most.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Content Research & Activation Analyst to help Bloomberg maximize the reach and impact of our in-house research. In this role, you will combine content activation, audience analysis, and experimentation to connect the right research with the right audiences, channels, and moments.
You will help us better understand how clients consume Bloomberg research, what they use it for, and how content discovery is evolving in the age of AI, search, and ASKB. Success requires curiosity about markets and client behavior, strong content instincts, and the ability to turn insights into action—testing new approaches, identifying what works, and helping scale those ideas across Bloomberg experiences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
