Hiring: Content Retoucher | London (Hybrid) | 12 Month Contract
We are currently recruiting for an exciting Content Retoucher opportunity with a leading global entertainment/streaming organisation in Battersea, London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retoucher who is passionate about high-end image finishing and wants to work on artwork for original TV shows and films.
What you’ll be doing:
- Take approved creative compositions through to fully finished, production-ready artwork
- Perform advanced Photoshop retouching across skin, wardrobe, environments and other image elements
- Create seamless composites using stills, unit photography and layered PSDs
- Apply colour correction and grading to maintain visual consistency
- Ensure files meet production standards around layers, naming, resolution and colour space
- Work closely with Content Designers and Art Directors to understand creative direction and resolve technical challenges
- Manage multiple assets and titles simultaneously while working to tight deadlines
- Contribute to best practices and production standards as the volume of original content grows

What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years of professional high-end retouching experience
- Expert-level Adobe Photoshop skills
- Strong advanced retouching, masking and compositing capabilities
- Excellent eye for detail, colour accuracy and consistency
- Extensive experience working with layered PSDs, RAW stills and mixed-resolution source material
- Ability to execute another designer’s creative direction rather than originate the concept
- Experience working at pace while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Strong file management and version-control discipline
- Comfortable working independently and making sound creative/technical decisions
- Understanding of production-ready files, formats and templates
- Experience with frame extraction/grading from motion footage or familiarity with entertainment/streaming asset specifications is advantageous
