Content Retoucher (High-End Finishing & Technical Production)

Are you an expert retoucher with an obsession for pixel-perfect finishing and image craftsmanship? Join the creative production team at a world-leading global technology and streaming brand. Sitting downstream of concept design, the Content Retoucher acts as the final set of hands on an asset before global publishing. You will take design-approved key art compositions and perform high-end skin, wardrobe, and environmental retouching, colour grading, and technical template setups to bring visuals to a production-ready standard.

What’s In It For You

  • High Impact: Work directly on top-tier TV shows and original film titles.
  • Competitive Compensation: Up to £345.13 per day (PAYE).
  • Workplace Culture: Join a world-class creative environment inside a state-of-the-art office in London Battersea.
  • Flexible Balance: Hybrid working model (3 days onsite: Tuesday to Thursday).
  • Holiday Entitlement: Up to 35 days per annum, pro rata (inclusive of bank holidays).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • High-End Retouching: Perform pixel-perfect retouching across skin, wardrobe, backgrounds, and lighting while faithfully preserving the tone set by the Content Designer and Art Director.
  • Image Finishing & Compositing: Execute seamless multi-asset compositing, colour correction, and lighting integration across raw stills, unit photography, and layered PSDs.
  • Technical Standards & File Hygiene: Own resolution, colour space, layer structure, and naming conventions to ensure smooth handoffs to global production and localisation teams.
  • Asset Troubleshooting: Proactively evaluate source assets, flag technical constraints, and advise creative leads on feasibility before issues block timelines.
  • Autonomous Execution: Manage multiple asset pipelines in parallel against competing production deadlines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
