Content Retoucher - 12-Month Contract
Currently working with a leading global entertainment company, looking for a Content Retoucher to join their international creative team on an initial 12-month contract.
This is a specialist, hands-on role for a retoucher who takes genuine pride in the craft of finishing. The ideal candidate will confidently take an approved composition and transform it into pixel-perfect, production-ready artwork.
Working closely with Content Designers and Art Directors, you'll be the final creative pair of hands on many assets before they move into production & publishing.
Please note, candidates must be based within a commutable distance to London, otherwise you will not be considered. Every applicant must also provide a portfolio link alongside their application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking approved compositions through to fully finished, on-platform-ready artwork
- Delivering high-end retouching across skin, wardrobe, environments and detailed image cleanup
- Creating seamless composites from multiple sources, including unit photography, episodic stills, and layered PSDs
- Managing technically complex imagery, while maintaining consistent lighting, perspective, tone, and visual quality
- Applying precise colour correction and grading to ensure consistency across a title's artwork
- Working across multiple assets and titles simultaneously, managing priorities independently against tight deadlines
- Partnering closely with Content Designers and Art Directors to understand creative intent and proactively resolve technical challenges

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
