Content and SEO Manager

We are recruiting an ambitious and high calibre Content and SEO manager to be attached to our London office, whilst benefitting from a hybrid working environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating and optimising content that drives engagement, leads and business growth, while working closely with subject matter experts, agencies and internal stakeholders across the business. They will take ownership of the content calendar, SEO performance reporting and content-led initiatives that support Saltus's wider marketing and commercial objectives.

You will be able to demonstrate a track record of high-quality writing (possibly in financial journalism or for a financial PR firm), particularly in digital contexts. The ideal candidate would also have a good understanding of the needs of High Net Worth Individuals’ (HNWIs’) financial planning and investment management needs.

While experience of SEO and content optimisation would be highly desirable, it is not essential. We are equally interested in candidates with exceptional writing skills, strong attention to detail and an enthusiasm for developing their knowledge in this area.

The person will be supported by our experts, particularly as they build experience.

Why Saltus?

Our mission is to improve everyone’s relationship with their wealth: to make it a positive force for their future and at the same time to prevent it being a source of anxiety. We want everyone who works at Saltus to be proud to work here, and to find fulfilment and meaning in the work that they do. We have a number of offices across England and Wales including London, Newcastle, Southampton and Bath.

We are incredibly proud of our culture and work really hard to ensure that Saltus is a great place to work for our people, where they can have fun and grow in their career, with a passion for excellence and customer service.

Saltus is a privately owned financial planning and discretionary investment management house. We are dedicated to providing a high-quality service for private clients, trusts, and smaller institutions. Saltus Partners was founded in 2004 and has grown organically and through a small number of carefully integrated acquisitions. Originally, the business started out as an investment manager and has now developed the financial planning side of the offering, putting this at the forefront of the client relationship.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Take a critical approach and always look to learn and improve.
