About Us

Bally’s Intralot is a newly formed company established through the combination of Intralot and Bally’s International Interactive, positioning the group as a top iGaming operator and a leading global provider of lottery solutions.

Bally’s Intralot is uniquely positioned across digital online gaming markets, lottery, iLottery, and sports betting. Operating at the intersection of technology, regulation, and entertainment. We are optimally positioned to capitalise on strong global growth trends driven by digital adoption and regulatory expansion across lottery and iGaming markets.

More About The Role

Based in the UK and reporting to the Senior Content & SEO Manager, the Content & SEO Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality, regulatory and brand-compliant content across our two owned Spanish-language websites covering iGaming and sports betting, helping to drive organic search performance and new customer acquisition.

You will own the end-to-end content production workflow, from ideation and commissioning through to briefing, sub-editing, optimisation and publishing via Contentful, combining content localisation from English to Spanish with original Spanish copywriting, and ensuring all web content meets our editorial standards and is culturally appropriate for our Spanish audience.

Beyond on-site content, this role supports our off-site SEO efforts in Spain, working alongside the wider Organic Search team, cross-functional stakeholders and external partners on activities ranging from outreach and link building to Digital PR and earned media across third-party platforms.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Contributing to content strategy and quarterly planning across Spanish ventures
  • Managing content development and production in the logged-out areas of our Botemania and Monopoly Casino websites (sport and casino), driven by data and aligned to the editorial calendar
  • Writing and optimising SEO-led content for landing pages and articles.
  • Commissioning and briefing copy requirements to external partners, and sub-editing all Spanish web copy against high editorial standards
  • Briefing internal creative teams on multi-modal asset requirements (images, video, etc.) and coordinating delivery to ensure each content piece comes together as a complete, cohesive package
  • Producing and publishing content via Contentful, managing the end-to-end workflow from ideation through to publication
  • Developing and owning the source-to-target localisation process and tooling.
  • Supporting Spanish off-site SEO activities, including outreach, link building and Digital PR, working with the wider Organic Search team and external partners
  • Conducting regular content audits and performance analysis
  • Reviewing competitor content, incorporating findings into strategy and planning
  • Collaborating with brand, compliance, commercial and product teams to deliver content aligned to business priorities
  • Applying AI tools thoughtfully to improve content efficiency and quality without compromising editorial standard

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
