Content & Social Manager | Beauty

Central London | 4 days office based | £45–50k + bonus

If you love beauty, understand social and still enjoy creating content yourself, keep reading.

This is an opportunity to join a major beauty brand with a huge existing audience, a constant stream of launches and plenty of freedom to bring new ideas.

Social will be a major focus, particularly Instagram and TikTok, but the role covers the wider owned content journey too, including Ecommerce and email. They need someone who can think strategically, understand what works across different channels and also get hands-on with content creation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and delivering content across social and wider owned channels
  • Planning content around launches, campaigns and always-on activity
  • Creating social-first content, including shooting and editing when needed
  • Bringing together global, local and creator content for the UK audience
  • Using performance and audience insight to improve future content
  • Working closely with internal teams, creators and agencies

What we’re looking for

  • Experience across content, social media, owned media or digital brand marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok
  • The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on content creation
  • A good eye for what will work for the brand and engage its audience
  • Confidence working across multiple teams, campaigns and deadlines
  • Beauty experience would be ideal, although luxury, fashion or another fast-paced premium consumer brand could also work

This is a broad content role for someone who enjoys both developing the strategy and getting involved in the delivery.
