We're hiring a Content & Social Media Coordinator for ICPlayz
ICPlayz is the free sports media arm under ICP Foundation. We document and support pro and semi-pro basketball players through photography, video and storytelling... work that usually gets skipped for athletes outside the traditional spotlight.
Our main collaborative partner is MK Breakers, and we're building out from there.
What you'd own:
- Day-to-day posting and scheduling across Instagram and TikTok (@icplayz)
- Writing captions that actually sound like us
- Replying to comments and DMs, building the community around the account
- Working closely with our videographers, photographers and editors to turn raw footage into a consistent content calendar
- Tracking what's landing and what isn't, and adjusting

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Comfortable working with a small, close-knit team of creatives and collaborators
- Organised enough to keep a consistent posting rhythm without needing to be chased
- Genuinely excited about semi-pro and pro sport, not just the highlight-reel end of it

This isn't the biggest team or the biggest budget... yet.
I won't pretend this is the only sports CIC doing this kind of work, or that we've invented something nobody else has tried. But if you want real ownership over a growing account, a direct line to the people making decisions, and the chance to help shape how ICPlayz tells its story, this is a great place to start.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
