Are you passionate about creating content that stands out from the noise?

Do you love telling stories, spotting trends and turning ideas into content that genuinely captures attention? Are you excited by the pace of the technology industry and curious about how new tools, platforms and AI can help you create better content, faster?

At Intercity, we're looking for a creative and socially savvy marketer to help grow our audience, strengthen our digital presence and bring our brand to life across social media, campaigns, websites, events and customer stories.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of our social media presence while working closely with campaign specialists, sales teams, subject matter experts, customers and strategic partners to create content that supports brand awareness, audience engagement and commercial growth.

From social media and customer success stories to website content, campaigns and sales enablement materials, you'll help tell the Intercity story across multiple channels. You'll have the freedom to experiment with new ideas, technologies and content formats, while developing your skills across content creation, digital marketing, communications and campaign delivery.

This is a highly visible role with genuine responsibility and the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow Intercity's social media presence, creating content that increases brand visibility, engagement and audience growth.
  • Create content across social media, websites, campaigns, customer stories and sales enablement materials.
  • Work with colleagues, customers and partners to identify, develop and promote compelling stories, thought leadership and brand content.
  • Produce and edit visual and video content using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and CapCut.
  • Maintain website content and support campaign delivery through creative content and digital assets.
  • Monitor content and social media performance, using insights and industry trends to improve results and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure all content reflects Intercity's brand, tone of voice and commercial objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
