Hill House Interiors is an award-winning luxury interior design studio with offices in the UK and Dubai. For almost 30 years, we have been creating exceptional homes for private clients around the world, combining timeless design, meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to client experience.
As we continue to grow our brand presence, we are seeking a creative and highly organised Social Media Executive to help tell our story across digital platforms and strengthen engagement with our audience.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a social media professional with a passion for interiors, design and luxury lifestyle. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for planning, creating and managing content that reflects the quality, creativity and personality of the Hill House brand.
You will play a key role in bringing our projects, people and products to life through engaging storytelling, beautiful visuals and thoughtful content planning.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day activity across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and schedule social content in line with the wider marketing calendar.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and help foster an engaged online community.
- Stay up to date with platform developments, trends and best practice.
Content Creation
- Capture and create high-quality photo and video content for social media.
- Film and edit short-form video content including Reels, Stories and behind-the-scenes features.
- Write compelling captions that reflect the Hill House tone of voice.
- Develop creative content ideas that showcase projects, products, team members and brand stories.
- Confidence to be on camera at times – engaging with the team.

Brand Storytelling
- Support the promotion of completed projects, design features, press coverage and award successes.
- Work closely with the design team to identify stories and content opportunities.
- Help communicate the craftsmanship, creativity and lifestyle aspects that define the Hill House brand.
Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor social media performance and provide monthly reports.
- Track key metrics including engagement, audience growth, website traffic and content performance.
- Use insights to refine content strategy and improve results.
Marketing Support
- Assist with wider marketing initiatives, events and campaign launches.
- Support content gathering during photoshoots, studio events and project installations.
- Maintain an organised library of social media assets.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a social media, content creation or digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and emerging social platforms.
- Experience creating and editing video content for social media.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong visual eye and understanding of luxury branding.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premier Pro, Capcut or similar content creation tools.
- Photography skills – a good eye for composition.
- Clean driving licence and access to a car for regular site visits

Desirable
- Experience within the interiors, design, architecture, luxury lifestyle or property sectors.
- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
