About Cozmo

Cozmo is a fast-growing D2C furniture brand on a mission to make great design more accessible. We work with some of the world’s leading designers to create furniture that combines beautiful design, real comfort and clever functionality. Every product has a story: the designer behind it, the thinking, the materials and the way it is made.

We are a small, design-obsessed team where every touchpoint matters, from the showroom to a single reel. If you care deeply about how things look and feel, you’ll fit in here.

The Role

This is a hands-on creative role combining content creation and social media management. You’ll run our social channels day to day and create the content that brings Cozmo’s products, people and stories to life.

Filming is at the heart of this role. We are looking for someone with proven experience shooting and editing video, especially short-form video for social. A professional videographer background is a big advantage.

We want an ideas person who turns what is happening in the business, a launch, a season or a designer collaboration, into content people want to watch and share. Someone who enjoys filming, editing, designing posts and building an audience around their work.

You’ll work closely with our creative lead to develop social storytelling, content pillars and ideas within Cozmo’s wider brand direction. You’ll take those ideas through to publication, while also managing our community and creator collaborations.

What You’ll Own

Social Media Management

  • Manage Instagram and TikTok end to end, including planning, scheduling, publishing, community and growth.
  • Develop our social approach with our creative lead, building Cozmo’s personality and reaching new audiences organically.
  • Respond to comments and messages, build relationships with our audience and coordinate with the customer experience team when needed.
  • Help develop our Pinterest presence as we continue to build the channel.

Creating Content

  • Shoot and edit video yourself, from spontaneous phone footage to more planned shoots. Video is the core of this role, alongside photography.
  • Bring original ideas and develop repeatable content series that people come back for.
  • Plan and maintain the social content calendar with our creative lead, reflecting launches, seasons, promotions and events.
  • Tell the stories behind our products, designers, materials and manufacturing in a way that feels entertaining rather than overly promotional.
  • Find stories everywhere: in customer homes, product development, design events and behind the scenes.
  • Take content from the initial idea through scripting, production, editing and publication.
  • Be comfortable behind, and occasionally in front of, the camera when it helps tell the story.
  • Plan and coordinate shoots in the showroom and beyond, collaborating with external photographers and videographers when needed.
  • Keep our content library organised, including creator and customer content.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We move quickly, test ideas often and give direct feedback. You’ll be someone who enjoys that pace and sees it as an opportunity to keep improving.

AI-first
AI is part of how we work every day. You should be comfortable using AI across ideation, research, scripting, reporting and production to move faster without sacrificing originality or quality. You know where AI adds value and where human judgement matters most. This is an AI-first role.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience shooting and editing video, especially short-form video for social. A professional videographer background is a big advantage.
  • At least three years of proven experience in social media management and hands-on content creation, ideally for a design, lifestyle or premium brand.
  • A creative storyteller who brings ideas unprompted and turns everyday moments into stories people want to watch and share.
  • A strong portfolio showing your filming, editing and social design capabilities.
  • Confidence producing short-form video and designing posts, carousels and stories yourself.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, their formats and what makes people stop scrolling.
  • An interest in developing Pinterest as a channel.
  • Strong writing and a sharp eye for tone, visual consistency and detail.
  • Confidence communicating with creators and managing outreach, relationships and follow-ups.
  • Fluency using AI as a creative and operational tool, with the judgement to keep everything accurate and on-brand. This is a requirement, not a nice-to-have.
  • The organisation to manage a calendar and several projects without dropping quality.
  • A collaborative approach, with the confidence to contribute ideas and the openness to develop them through feedback.
  • A genuine eye for furniture, interiors, design and lifestyle.
