Content & Social Media Specialist
Meridock is a digital product studio, and we're looking for a creative, AI-savvy Content & Social Media Specialist to own our website content, social media, and LinkedIn presence and help us turn great content into real leads.
About the Role
You'll be the voice of our brand across our website and social channels, crafting content that doesn't just look good; it converts. You'll work closely with our design and product teams to translate what we build into stories, posts, and campaigns that attract the right audience and generate leads.
What You'll Do
- Plan, write, and publish content for our website, blog, and social media channels
- Own and grow our LinkedIn presence, posts, thought leadership, and engagement strategy
- Use AI tools to speed up ideation, drafting, editing, and repurposing content across formats
- Develop a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content touchpoints
- Create content strategies aimed at generating qualified leads, not just impressions
- Track performance metrics and iterate based on what's working
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and founders to turn projects and case studies into compelling stories
- Stay on top of content and social media trends, especially around AI-powered tools and workflows

What We're Looking For
- Excellent written English, clear, engaging, and error-free
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management, ideally for a tech, design, or product-focused company
- Strong command of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar) for content creation and workflow efficiency
- A creative mindset with a strategic edge; you know how to turn ideas into content that drives results
- Experience growing a LinkedIn presence (personal or company page) is a big plus
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
- Bonus: experience with SEO, copywriting, or basic design tools (Figma, Canva)
