About this job:
TG is the global influence agency.
We help political leaders, global brands and public institutions win hearts and minds when it matters most.
We're not a PR firm. We're not an ad agency. We're not a management consultancy.
We're built for one thing: influence.
The Role
We’re looking for a social-savvy creative who can do a bit of everything - graphic design, videography, motion content.
You should be someone who gets social media and takes memes, cultural moments, killer insights and sharp messages and turns them into bold, scroll-stopping content that actually earns attention.
You will be expected to have a point of view and be able to back it. That applies both in the office and in front of clients.
You will generate ideas for social, digital and campaigns using any tool available. This includes software tools (such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects) and AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
