Platform Specialist – Digital Delivery
(Onsite, Wiltshire)
Contract - 6 months
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Platform Specialist to join a high-performing Digital Delivery team, supporting global revenue initiatives. This role focuses on delivering best-in-class digital experiences across multiple channels, working with industry-leading content management systems and platforms.
You will act as a subject matter expert across key CMS platforms, supporting the delivery of digital content for product launches, campaigns, and ongoing enhancements. This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with cross-functional teams to build seamless, high-quality customer experiences.
Please note: This role is fully onsite in Amsterdam (no remote/hybrid working).

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery and activation of digital content for campaigns and new product launches
- Act as a CMS expert across platforms such as AEM, Hybris, Magento, Sitecore
- Support continuous improvement of digital platforms and user experiences
- Create user guides and deliver training to internal stakeholders and global teams
- Collaborate with marketing, product, experience, and technical teams to deliver high-quality content
- Lead content builds, ensuring scalability and consistency across global markets
- Conduct testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and business validation
- Provide troubleshooting support and manage workflows via tools such as Jira
- Support localisation and global rollout of digital content

About You
- Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g. AEM, Hybris, Magento, Sitecore, SAP CRM)
- Experience collaborating with global and cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident leading deliverables and working to high-quality standards
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with Atlassian tools
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
