Content Specialist

Opportunity to join a leading global B2B technology solutions provider in a creative, hands-on content role, producing engaging visual and multimedia content that supports integrated marketing campaigns and strengthens brand presence across digital channels.

Working within a collaborative marketing team, this role will be responsible for bringing campaigns to life through compelling design, video and visual storytelling. Partnering closely with the Campaign Manager and Marketing Executive, the Content Creator / Manager will play a key role in developing creative assets that drive engagement, support campaign performance and enhance the overall customer experience.

Location: London – Two days in the office, three from home

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a content plan aligned to marketing campaign activity and business priorities.
  • Create engaging visual content across social media, digital campaigns, events, branded assets and marketing materials.
  • Produce and edit video content for campaigns, events, internal communications and social channels.
  • Translate campaign messaging into compelling visual and multimedia content.
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to ensure a consistent brand identity across all channels.
  • Repurpose and adapt content across multiple platforms to maximise reach and performance.
  • Manage and optimise video content across channels, including YouTube and search visibility.
  • Work with external agencies to support campaign execution, creative development and digital activity.
  • Apply digital content best practice across social media, web and video platforms.
  • Monitor content performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Partner with sales, technical and business stakeholders to create content aligned to key solutions and business objectives.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a B2B content creation, design or multimedia marketing role.
  • Strong graphic design and visual storytelling capabilities.
  • Proven experience creating and editing video content.
  • Proficiency with design and video tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects or Canva.
  • Understanding of content performance across social media, web and email channels.
  • Basic copywriting skills with the ability to support wider content creation activity.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative approach with experience working across teams and stakeholders.
