Content Specialist

Contract: 6 Months (Outside IR35)
Rate: £300–£350 per day
Commitment: Part-time (2–3 days per week)
Location: Remote/Hybrid (UK-based)

We're looking for an experienced Content Specialist to support the delivery of high-quality visual design, digital content and paid media campaigns for a globally recognised organisation operating in the education and social impact sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and digitally savvy marketing professional who enjoys working across a variety of projects - from designing campaign assets and social media content to delivering paid digital campaigns and creating compelling stories that showcase impact.

Working as part of a collaborative international team, you'll help produce engaging, brand-aligned content that supports global programmes, events and communications, while providing flexible support for fast-turnaround creative projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design high-quality graphics and digital assets for campaigns, social media, presentations and programme communications.
  • Create engaging multimedia content, including infographics, social media graphics, branded materials and short-form video content.
  • Develop and manage digital content calendars aligned with marketing and organisational priorities.
  • Produce social media toolkits and campaign assets for use across multiple countries and regions.
  • Deliver paid digital campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn and Meta, including audience targeting, optimisation and performance monitoring.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse digital metrics and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
  • Support storytelling initiatives that showcase programme impact through engaging, human-centred content.

About You

  • Strong experience in graphic design and digital content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), Canva and other digital design tools.
  • Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to produce engaging digital content and social media captions.
  • Experience monitoring campaign performance and interpreting digital analytics to optimise results.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
