Role Description
The Content Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for planning, creating, and maintaining high-quality digital content that supports Debt Fixer’s mission to improve financial literacy and debt management outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Drafting and editing web pages, blog posts, email copy, and educational resources.
- Developing content plans aligned with product, marketing, and customer support priorities.
- Managing content updates within content management systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistency of messaging, adherence to style guidelines, and alignment with regulatory and compliance considerations.
- Monitoring content performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and refining materials based on audience feedback and analytics.

Qualifications
- Strong Writing and Web Content Writing skills to create clear, accurate, and engaging digital materials.
- Content Strategy and Content Management skills to plan, organize, and maintain a structured, user-focused content ecosystem.
- Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, interpret feedback, and present content recommendations.
- Ideally, experience with SEO fundamentals, basic analytics tools, and content optimization techniques.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment.
- A background in communications, marketing, journalism, English, or related fields, along with prior experience in financial services or educational content, is beneficial.
